I'd tried to update this 1. Even tried to restart the computer a few times. 

Tried to fix it too using "Windows Update troubleshooter" still no use.

 

I'd pasted the details of the error here.

Error details: Code 80070663

 

Update type: Important

 

A security vulnerability exists in Microsoft Office 2007 suites  that could allow arbitrary code to run when a maliciously modified file is opened. This update resolves that vulnerability.
