Some Windows 8 Apps won't connect to the internet

My windows store app, mail app and massaging app will connect to the Internet but all other apps will not connect, it says "No Internet Connection". And everything on my desktop connects. I am using a USB Mobile Broadband Connection. So how do

i get all the other Apps to connect, like the news app, sport app and the travel app?  

 

 

Oh the Apps connect to the Internet when i connect to WiFi.
