Hi everyone

I recently installed Windows 8 Pro and everything was fine until now. I connected my printer (HP Photosmart C310) to my computer and it told me to install a driver. I did, and then it said that "A fatal error has occured." I think it had something to do

with the software not being compatible with Windows 8. Then, it told me to uninstall the software and reboot. So I did. After rebooting, the login screen went strange. The arrow you tap to change users was now two boxes. The Change Language button was also

one box, and the power options menu icon was also one box. When I activated the onscreen keyboard, the shift, switch keyboards, and windows(?) keys were also boxes. On the desktop, nothing was changed, but the Start menu's scroll bar on the bottom now instead

of having scroll arrows had boxes. Does anyone have this same problem? I don't know how to fix this. PLEASE HELP!!!
