I seem to have lost the recycle bin in my windows 7 on my Acer Aspire help needed thanks

The recycle bin used to be pinned to the task bar but now it has disappeared and I can not locate it anywhere. My little grandson (2yrs) clicks the mouse occasionally could he have deleted it. Keep the answer simple if you could im a pensioner thanks Edwin
