How Do I get rid of hotmail.com and be able to sign in as msn.com again?

I've called and emailed msn a hundred times to fix the problem for over a month.And all I get is that it;s in the investigation dept.or being esculated in fixing it.I'm tired of the lies and want it fixed since they've charged me another year.
