My Office Setup Has Stopped How I can Fix that ?

Previously I had Office 2010 and then I remove this installation and install Office 2013 and when the installation program does not work and whenever I want to run the setup file did not respond and show me the error message

microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working

I ask you to show me the solution
