after upgrading to windows8, all my 3 computers having problems shutting down

Obviously windows8 has an issue with shutting down the computers, my both desktop computers (both hp, one year old) and my Toshiba laptop ( 6 months old) had widows7 and never had a problem shutting down, after upgrading all of them to windows8, I am having

problems, it does not happen everytime, rather every 2nd or 3rd time.

Microsoft has to come up with an update for this issue, it seems that I am not the only one.

any suggestions?
