How to backup to RW? What do these figures mean?

Trying to do a backup, pc says only option is on RW disk, will one disk handle the size? & would it take a -RW or +RW disk?

Here are the space left numbers, & what do they mean?

23.20 GB free of 186.21 GB

Backup size 128.22 GB

Create system image 164GB disk space
