MS Fix It Center detected a problem with MSE system settings.

Maybe 3 months ago or more, I had multiple malware, adware and/or virus warnings; I cleaned computer, checking these methods: Spybot, Maywarebytes, all of my MSE Optional downloads failed; i don't know waht is causing this problem nor do I know what to do

to resore these.  Re-installl MSE?  I have lost so many valuable Windows Updates in 3 months time.  

 

Also, MS Fix It Center Tool deteted a problem that needs attention:   How do I reconfigure my system settings to help prevent Malware from attacking my PC?
