Office on RDS using MAPS

We have setup a Server 2012 RDS server for in house testing and wanted to also install MS Office. We have Microsoft Action Pack but i cannot install either Office 2010 or Office 2013 as I

get an error that it cannot be installed on a computer running terminal services. If i click ok i get a red cross next to the licence key saying the key isnt valid.

I know that you can only install a volume licence version of Office 2010 on RDS but from what i read Office 2013 should work? Or am i wrong?
