Installing Windows 8 on a Desktop Computer with Windows Vista - Keeping Both OS's

I have desktop computer with Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit installed on it. I have two partitions on the HDD - one with 9 GB and one with 457 GB. I have two questions: 

 

 

 

1. Can I also install Windows 8 on the same computer, without removing Vista - i.e. I have a choice which OS to use when I boot up? Or will installing Windows 8 overwrite Windows Vista?

2. I have MS office 2010 installed on Windows Vista. Will I be able to install and run it on Windows 8 as well?
