My Win 8 home box has two hard drives, E (source) and F (target).   I want the content of the two drives to be identical, folder by folder. If I delete a file from E: I want that file to be deleted from the "copy" on F:.

Clearly this type of sync should be incremental after the first full copy.

What products can you recommend?

P.S. I don't want the files on F to be compressed in some zip (or the like) file that I later need to restore. I don't want F to be an "image" of E either . I want E and F them to be identical in all respects.
