Original title: matshita uj841s can not read any disc

 

I have TOSHIBA Satelite A100 Alaptop. Since recently MATSHITA UJ 841S dvd drive can not read any disc. Report from device manager is: "THIS DEVICE IS WORKING PROPERLY". After uninstalling and instaling driver everything is the same. Report from WINDOWS

UPDATE is: "YOU HAVE THE LATEST  DRIVER VERSION.  UPDATE NOT NEEDED. When I want to open dvd (which, by the way, I CAN see, message appears: "DRIVE D: NOT ACCESSIBLE. I/O ERROR"
