Windows Update errors 800B0100 & KB947821 for Vista Home Premium 64-bit Service Pack 2

I have a Dell Inspiron 530S with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit, with Service Pack 2. My antivirus software is ESET Smart Security 5.On 01/11/13, Windows Update attempted to download 2 files (shown below) and gave me error code 800B0100:Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Vista SP2 and Windows Server 2008 SP2 for x64 (KB2742601)Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP2 on Windows Vista SP2 and Windows Server 2008 SP2 for x64 (KB2756919)Per the Windows Help and Support section, I downloaded the System Update Readiness Tool. It took a long time to install, but it was successful. After following all the instructions, I got the same error, but for KB947821.Finally, I had ESET scan my hard disk. It found 1 threat that was cleaned, and it showed this message:...iLividSetupV1.exe >> NSIS >> Script.nsi - Win32/Toolbar.SearchSuite potentially unwanted applicationI restarted my computer, and nothing was fixed. At this point, I need help.
