security update KB2757638 will not download; error 800B0100; ran Fix it and still will not download;

Just realized last evening this security update has been trying to install since 1/10 and always fails. Running Vista Ultimate, SP2, 32-bit edition. Believe this problem is also imapcting inability to print. Don't know what else to do.
