I am still getting this error message: "Failed to retrieve media information from media server", even after stopping and starting WMP12 & UpnP Services. I am using Windows 7 and a Panasonic Blu-Ray 320. It worked before with the same set up so I am really

at a loss why I am getting this message now. The music is located on a shared network drive and WMP12 has no problem playing it. Any ideas would be great.
