The Fax Services is blocked for outgoing faxes.

I get Fax Services is blocked for outgoing faxes when I try to send a fax.

The Fax Wizard will now close.

I have tried to edit the Fax properties, by unchecking disable outgoing

faxes in the properties boc. It will not let me do it. I get an unexpected

error and the only thing I am permitted to do is cancel.

Any ideas anyone?
