I downloaded WinZip utilities suite and have since deleted it, I had problems after running that program. I was having a slow computer and have cleaned the files from the drive. The sound driver has been checked..all ok from windows vista. No speaker sound

or headphones, but sound card says all ok. Much thanks for your help.
