I just sent today spam email to all of my contacts with the following content :(I recommend the following site: http://www.goldensongs.it/rnews/6Several%20hours%20a%20day%20staying%20at%20home%20and%20you%20re%20a%20rich) It is a virus but how can i get

rid of it?????
