Unable to install Office Professional Plus 2013 to Windows 7 PC

I am have been having major problems downloading onto Windows 7. I purchased the download via my company's Microsoft HUP site and received my confirmation email along with license code. I can't even get started with the download as I get

an error message: windows cannot find c:program filesmicrosoft 15client 64xintegrated office.exe.

How do I get that on my pc? I see a microsoft 15 folder but all that's in it is client 64x and NO .exe file. I am currently using office 2010 but want to upgrade to 2013.
