It failed to upgrade.

I read the KB and found that upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit of Windows 7 is not allowed.

But not sure whether the Product Key of the Windows 7 Home Premium is either 32-bit or 64-bit.  May I know how to check?  There is no keyword like x64 or 64-bit on the COA label.

What I am sure is the Windows 7 Starter is SP1, while the Windows 7 Home Premium has no preloaded service pack.

Is the information above is enough for anyone to help me out?  What other ways can I try?  (I only have the Windows 7 Starter DVD, the reason why I do not have the Windows 7 Home Premium DVD is that the PC was bought from HP that came without any Windows

installation disc and the recovery discs which I had created were no longer readable by the optical drive.)
