   These two updates have been installed and are successful according to my windows up date, up date run's at start up and they are downloaded each time, at shut down up dates are installed each time, up dates are ready disapears for a few seconds and then

returns, this has been a problem for a long time. I have uninstalled , reinstalled, deleted and reinstalled, turned auto update off and restarted, I have run an entire disk check many times, defragmented the memory and hard drive, So now maybe you can help

me, I,m no computer wizzard, self taught, I know little about programing, Thank you for any assistance you may have.  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
