SINCE LAST YEAR I'VE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM. EVERY DAY WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER I HAVE TO UPDATE THE ESSENTIALS IN ORDER TO HAVE IT WORKING. NOW NOTHING IS HELPING. WHAT SHOULD I DO, PLEASE? THANKS
