how do I permanently remove trojan WinNT/Aureon.AB from my computer?

Thanks. I have run Security Essentials several times in safe mode and this is the virus that shows the most often. Security Essentials removes the virus but then the next day it comes back (shows up again). Any way to permanently remove it?
