Windows Update keeps prompting me to install KB2600271 & KB2656351 I tried Microsoft fix it but the

Windows update is constently requiring me to install these updates:

 

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2656351)

Download size: 9.0 MB

 

Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2600217)

Download size: 32.2 MB

 

I have tried micsoft fix it and uninstalled and reinstalled the updates but with no success. How do I solve this problem? Is there an issue with the updates themselves or anyother underlying issues that I am not aware of?
