I set up my wallpaper with a photo which was fine for a while, always on my desktop and I could go straight to it, suddenly a gremlin came and now I have a blue windows screen with an administrators key in the center which I have to click before I go to

my desk top.  It does not accept a double click to give me an option to get rid of it, so I redid my photo theme, but it is still the same.

 

Thanks, it is annoying to have to go through an extra step just to see my desktop.
