MSE Not Recognizing Scan

MSE says that I haven't run a scan in awhile and the icom is red indicating my system is potentially unprotected even though the scheduled scan ran just last night. The same thing happened 2 days ago so I ran a quick scan and the same thing happened. The

program is not recognizing scans when they are done.
