KB 2742599 & KB 2756921 Failure to download

Have been trying for sometime now to download and install the above Windows updates. Everytime

they fail to download Failure code 8E5E03FB. Download goes to 11% then a failure notice appears. Have succesfully downloaded and installed 'Important' and 'Optional' updates since the 2 above updates failed. Have tried the Microsoft 'Fix it' plus installing

one at a time but still no success. Have also tried turning off my Firewall and Anti Virus software both together and one at a time.

Am using Windows 7 32 bit SP1 plus Norton 360. Would be grateful of any help.
