Ever since I got this unit, I have been unable to get the DVD drive to work.  I right click on properties and it shows all drivers are up to date.  The picture of the disk shows 0 space available and 0 free space?!  The driver hardware reads hp CDDVDW TS-L633R

and notes that the device is working properly?! 

 

Whatever disk I put in, it ejects and give me a message to insert a disk in to drive E (the DVD drive).  Has anyone encountered this problem and then able to resolve it?
