who warrantys M/S software in the first 3 months for OEM installed software?

 Both M/S and lenovo deny responsibility -M/S because it is an OEM and the computer manufacturer should be responsible - they sent these docs:http://answers.m http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/windows-7-oem-license-agreement/3d8ca9b8-faab-4500-a455-e48d46509d05   (for an end user who wanted to buy OEM off the internet)
