Outlook 2013 cannot setup outlookanywhere

Dear Sir,

I got an issue when I configure outlook anywhere in outlook 2003 with exchange 2007. I configure outlook 2013 at WAN with cert installed. However, I got stuck at Windows mail security page. It always loading and never get to the page to type the login

information. Could anyone give me some advice?
