windows 7 Windows 7 registration not working

In installed a new hard drive and installed a new copy of Windows 7 Pro on it. After trying almost every suggestion on the site, I still get "This computer not running genuine windows." I have tried online registration, phone registration and resetting

the activation code through “start, computer, properties etc”. I have also tried starting services via CMD and a few other suggestions from the forum. My Diag report is below.
