I just purchased a microsoft wireless 2000 desktop with wireless encryption of keystrokes. The set up went great but when I try to log in to my bank it will not let me. Every time I enter any numbers or letters with the keyboard it keeps putting in a bunch

of extra dots and 8s and will not log in. How do I make this product work with my bank and other log in sites?  What does the encryption do to change things?
