meu PC veio com o windows 7 starter de fabrica. agora estou tentando melhorar ,baixei o programa aero patch w7 starter end basic ,para o painel personalisar ,temas a t ,do windows 7 completo que não tem configurado no starter ,mas não consigo abrir para
