Can Office 2013 Telemetry be used to do the following?

1. Capture add-ins from Windows XP / Office 2007 machines

2. Take the resultant list of add-ins found and cross-reference with the Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Application Compatibility Visibility Program

3. Be able to see which add-ins would be compatible with different combinations such as XP / Office 2010, Win 7 / Office 2010, Win 7 / Office 2013 and Win 8 / Office 2013?

Any insight anyone can provide using Telemetry to find compatibilty with lower versions would be appreciated.
