How do I know which version of Microsoft Security Essentials to install

You must choose between:

 

 

 

 

enusamd64mseinstall.      

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

enusx86mseinstall.exe

 

I don't know which one to use or what the AMD64 and X86 refer to

 

I would also really appreciate a step by step instructions to installing MSE
