Error 800B0100 on Update KB2750841

I receive this error every time I attempt to install Update KB2750841.  It has never installed.  All other updates seem to install just fine.I attempted to solve the problem via Windows Update suggestions:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Windows-Update-error-800B0100

 

The Automatic Troubleshooter finds the same problems over and over again, and claims they have been fixed.  That is, I can run it as many times as I like and it gives me the same list of problems it claims to fix.  But the update still doesn't install.

 

 

Upon running the System Update Readiness Tool, it runs a program called CheckSUR.exe and outputs the following log file.  Ok, so it tells me that I have 14 errors (missing files, corruptions).  Now what am I supposed to do about them? =================================

If Windows knows there are corrupt and missing files, why doesn't it just download them and replace them?  Or is the log just telling me that the update KB2750841 files are missing?  Yeah, I already knew that, because the update won't work.  Not sure what else to do...
