Guest Joe Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 My parents purchased a digital camera which did not support ME. I installed XP. Now it appears that my mothers files are there, but not the programs. It tries to open them in wordpad. Therefore it gives odd symbals. rather than what she had in her document. It also eliminated her address book in outlook express. I do not see her virus protection either. Please help to get this back. I have not installed anything since this happened. -- Joe
