  Someone called me from Windows and said I had many error messages that was preventing me from getting optimum use from my computer.   I had noticed error messages, but I just ignored them.   The person who called from Windows was instructing me through

the process of fixing the 'errored' programs.   His English was difficult to follow.   I did the best I could, then we got cut off and I don't know what to do about this.    Also Outlook came up on my computer and I don't know how I got it and I don't like

it...Can  you help me with this problem?    Please... Lorraine Jenkins  I really prefer speaking with someone.
