installed new hard drive on laptop and want to reinstall Vista.

Have the one disk only that came with laptop (Dell Inspiron 1545) labeled "Drivers and Utilities already installed on your PC). I believe it may contain windows reinstall files but am unsure. When I load disk and boot up PC, no appropriate commands show

re: reinstall.
