Windows 8 pro (64bit) - Unable to install windows update KB2756872 .

I have a new machine with windows 8 (64 bit) pro pre-installed.

 

I am Unable to install windows update KB2756872 .

 

Windows keeps reverting updates after attempted installation and all previously installed updates are removed.

 

I have installed each update manually to determine that this update is the first on the list which wont install.

 

Any advice appreciated
