OS installed on w: drive rather than c: drive

I have an issue on one of my Terminal Servers. The OS was installed on the w:

drive therefore one of my apps will not work for non-admin users. Is there a

way to point the c: drive back to the w: drive? Thank you for your help. BTW

there is no c: drive on this server.
