What happened to the option to send a file or folder to another folder under the "Send to" options w

I am running Windows 7 Pro.  On my last machine, I was able to right click on a file or folder, go down to "Send to", and among the options was "Send to folder".  Now this option is not available.  Is there any way I can get that option back in the options

for places I can send a file or folder, or is it just not an option in this version of Windows?  I am pretty sure that I still had that option when I upgraded my old laptop to Windows 7 Pro.
