The security update KB2686509 will not install and the Microsoft "Fix it" program does not work for it. I don't understand all of this faulty keyboard jargon. Do I need to contact someone in tech support and will they charge me? Is there a way to simply

ignore this update and tell Microsoft to stop trying to install it? Thank you for very much for any help you can provide to this non expert computer user.
