I am unable to complete my MSE installations for more than a couple of times. I followed the instructions to restart my computer but yet I met with installations error. I have just received my notebook from Acer Support Malaysia with new HDD and with FRU

Motherboard Assembly repaired. Have even made exceptions for MSE in the Firewall list. Do not know how to go further. Please advise. Thank you.
