How do I get my computer to start after using windows defender?

Now that I used windows defender, when launching the computer, after I introduce my password appears an error message stating some file is missing in order to boot the computer. how do i manage to start without it? It turns out the file needed is part of

the files cleared by windows defender when getting rid of the trojan that was blocking my computer.

So, do I need to reinstall windows, and does it imply loosing all my files?
