windows 7 What should I clean with Disk Cleanup?

COMPUTER: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

When I click on Disk Clean-up, I get a list of various folders. I am not sure, which folders need cleaning. 

I should be grateful if you would answer the following questions; 

1. Which folders should I clean?
   

       2. Should I clean (a) Debug Dump Files (b) Setup Log files © System Error Memory Dump Files (d) Temporary Files (e) Per User

           Archived Windows Error Files and (f) System Archived Windows Error Files?
