Okay having the same problem. I don't know about computers but it seems there is some sort of problem with the system. I've tried everything. I bought my laptop with windows 8. I think Windows should supply a fix. Why isn't it taking responsibility for

a fix? Why is it up to the customers to sort it on their own? Next time I'm getting a Mac. Half of the other problems I'm dealing with are because Microsoft doesn't seem to have the ability to make software that is compatible with it's own system.
