Hi,

 

I would just like to query regarding the error 012913 that customers are getting when they are trying to redeem the free upgrade from Office 2010 to Office 2013/Office 365 Home Premium Subscription.

 

What would be the cause of the error message and how can we bypass it?

 

One information that we got is to transfer the call to the Microsoft Store Team yet this is not a sure fix for the customer.

 

Currently one of the top call drivers the AnswerDesk Technicians are receiving so far.

 

 

 

Any helpful response is appreciated.

 

BTW I am with Microsoft Answerdesk as one of the Backup Support Leads.
