What is KB2778171 function?  When I installed this KB, Play video with WMP, after maximize and minimize  or

switch display mode or plug/unplug external monitor cable. the video all will play unsmooth, I have to uninstall KB2778171. all this problems are not duplicated.  So I want to know why does KB2778171 impact video playing?
